CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

General Cancellation Policy

At Safe Travels Transportation, we understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. That's why we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our customers. All cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transportation booking in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booking, we unfortunately cannot offer a 100% refund. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and offer a partial refund whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you in the future.

Cancellation Policy for Same-Day Bookings

For same-day bookings, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, due to the immediate nature of these reservations, cancellations will not be eligible for a 100% refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the internal work completed to accommodate your booking and any potential opportunities missed due to the cancellation.

Please note that while we strive to be fair and transparent, refunds for same-day cancellations will reflect the operational costs and commitments made to ensure your booking. We do not charge any additional fees for cancelling a same-day booking.
